Puty wine

The brewing history of putty wine can be traced back to 1796 AD, and it has a history of more than 200 years. "Putty" is the Yi language, which is the homonym of Chinese "Li Jue" or "Yue Jue", which means yellow land.

The wine uses corn as the main raw material, with special koji medicine, takes the pond to store snow water, and is brewed with the traditional solid-state fermentation process. After a certain period of aging, it forms its unique flavor and has the advantages of fragrance, alcohol, sweetness and cleanliness. Its quality index is: alcohol content 50 degrees, total ester 1.0g/l above, total acid 0.3%, fusel oil 0.20 below, methanol 0.04 below. The product has been inspected by the quality inspection department and meets the requirements of the index, especially the ester content is high, according to the national quality standard, it meets the excellent index.

1973 Since 2000, putty wine has successively participated in the liquor competition in Yunnan Province, ranking fifth among more than 100 kinds of liquor. The expert's comment is: "putty wine is Maotai-flavor Xiaoqu wine, with clear and transparent color and sweet taste" with aftertaste and no peculiar smell ".
