The assessment adopts a one-to-one full-process on-the-spot explanation method and is conducted in groups. The assessment content includes the current planning of the scenic spot, the positioning of future development, the introduction of the functional area of the first-level tourist center, and the introduction of the functions of the comprehensive service hall.
During the assessment process, the employees used vivid and fluent language and distinctive physical expressions to introduce in detail the functional zoning of the tourist center and the national culture of the scenic spot. Regarding the performance of the employees, the assessment teacher made objective and detailed comments. On the one hand, he fully affirmed the overall performance of the employees, and on the other hand, he put forward higher requirements for all employees. Through this assessment, the language expression ability and on-the-spot adaptability of the trainees were effectively improved; the knowledge connotation of the trainees was enriched, and the knowledge of the trainees was expanded.
