According to the inspection of Yunnan Import and Export Inspection and Epidemic Bureau, the vitamin C content, protein, spicy, organic acid, carotene and chroma of Qiubei pepper are higher than those of the famous Chaoyang spicy, Japan's three-tassel spicy and Henan's fragrant flower pepper, which is recognized as one of the best used peppers.

Qiubei chili is available in all counties and cities in Wenshan Prefecture, and chili products are sold in supermarkets of all sizes. However, if you want to buy the most authentic Qiubei chili, you still have to go to Qiubei County, the main producing area.
