In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization, further strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, protect the ecological environment of Puzhehei Scenic spot and Wetland Park, standardize the order of the tourism market, and safeguard the interests of the people, according to laws and regulations such as the regulations on the People's Republic of China Scenic spots, the regulations on Wetland Protection of Yunnan Province, and the regulations on the Protection and Management of Puzhehehei Scenic spot in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, Yunnan Province:

It is 1. prohibited for any organization or individual to swim in the waters of Puzhehei Scenic Area, privately carry kayaks, rubber boats, motorboats and other water manned equipment to carry out water amusement activities and other illegal activities;

It is 2. prohibited for any organization or individual to move or destroy signs, fences, buildings and other public facilities and equipment in Puzhehei Scenic Area without authorization;

3. forbids grazing and picking wild lotus, lotus leaf, lotus canopy and digging wild lotus root;

Fishing by fishing, frying, poisonous fish, electric fish or ground cages that damage fishery resources is 4. prohibited;

No unit or individual in the 5. may carry out camping or picnic activities outside the designated area;

6. motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles entering the scenic spot shall be parked at the specified place. It is forbidden to park motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles on sidewalks, road sections with no-stop signs or no-stop markings.

Violation of the above provisions, resulting in casualties, property losses, etc., shall bear all responsibilities.
