Yunnan Civilized Tourism Proposal

Tourists and friends, travel-related enterprises and practitioners, citizens and volunteers:

Civilization is the most beautiful landscape. The current "May 1st" holiday is approaching. In order to promote the new style of civilization in the new era, strengthen the awareness of civilized tourism, and jointly create a civilized, harmonious, safe and orderly tourism environment in Yunnan, the Provincial Civilization Office, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, The Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Provincial Volunteer Service Federation jointly issued the following initiatives:

　Strive to be a practitioner of civilized tourism.Civilized tourism, starting from me. The majority of tourists should actively participate in the practice of civilized tourism, consciously abide by the Convention on civilized behavior of Chinese citizens in domestic tourism; consciously maintain public order, be courteous to each other, and do not jump in line at will; take good care of public facilities, protect the ecological environment and cultural heritage, do not scribble, do not climb cultural relics and historic sites; do as the Romans do, respect local cultural traditions and customs; maintain environmental hygiene, do not spit everywhere, do not litter, do not smoke in non-smoking places, do civilized tourism, green tourism, harmonious tourism.

　Strive to be a booster of civilized tourism.Citizens should fully carry forward the spirit of "master", establish the awareness of "everyone is a hometown business card", welcome tourists from all directions with a warm and hospitable attitude, provide tourists with road guidance, tour guidance, accommodation guidance and other help, take the lead in practicing the new style of civilization, actively persuade and stop all kinds of uncivilized behaviors around them, fully demonstrate the warm and friendly image of Yunnan people, and strive to be the spokesperson of Yunnan tourism image, let the tourists and friends really feel at home in Yunnan temperature.

　　Strive to be the promoter of civilized tourism.Travel-related enterprises and practitioners should consciously maintain market order, abide by industry norms, operate in good faith in accordance with the law, provide high-quality services, protect legitimate rights and interests, and resolutely crack down on false propaganda, bullying and compulsory consumption. Scenic spots should display socialist core values, civilized tourism signs, public service advertisements, etc., set up civilized persuasion posts and party member demonstration posts in tourist distribution areas, and carry out civilized notification, civilized reminder and civilized persuasion activities, strong civilized tourism atmosphere. We should integrate flowers and polite hospitality into all aspects of business activities, serve tourists wholeheartedly, and constantly enhance the reputation of Yunnan tourism.

　Strive to be the guide of civilized tourism.We call on the general public and young students at school to take the initiative to join the volunteer service of learning from Lei Feng and the volunteer ranks of civilized tourism advisors. All voluntary service organizations should set up voluntary service stations at important tourist traffic nodes and scenic spots to provide convenient services such as drinking water, guide maps, consultation and guidance for tourists. The vast number of volunteers should actively participate in voluntary services such as civilized persuasion, order maintenance, tour explanation, care and assistance for special groups, and integrate the spirit of voluntary service into the hot practice of civilized tourism.

A flower and a tree are beautiful, and a word and deed show civilization.
