On the evening of June 12, a video appeared on the Internet that "a female tourist in Yunnan was injured by a security guard in the scenic spot, suspected that the local village head was involved, and her husband said she was just pregnant". The Qiubei County Party Committee and the county government attached great importance to this and immediately set up a working group to investigate and verify the situation and coordinate and handle related matters.

After verification, on the afternoon of June 11, when two tourists drove out of the parking lot of Xianrendong Village, they had a dispute with the parking lot management staff due to the parking fee. The villagers present promptly dissuaded them. During the dispute, the two sides pushed and tore. Xianrendong village team leader immediately rushed to the scene to mediate when he learned of the situation. The tourists then reported the case to the public security organ. After receiving the police, the public security police rushed to the scene as soon as possible and brought both parties and the people present back to the police station of the scenic spot for inquiry and investigation. After mediation, the two parties voluntarily reached a mediation agreement. The people involved have apologized to the tourists involved on the spot and paid 1000 yuan. Both parties agreed with the mediation results and signed for confirmation.
