In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilization, further strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, protect the ecological environment of Puzhehei Scenic spot and Wetland Park, standardize the order of the tourism market, and safeguard the interests of the people, according to laws and regulations such as the regulations on the People's Republic of China Scenic spots, the regulations on the Protection and Management of Puzhehei Scenic spot in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, and the regulations on Wetland Protection of Yunnan Province, it is hereby prohibited to carry out fishing, fishing, stalls and other related matters in Puzhehei Scenic Area and Wetland Park as follows:
It is 1. prohibited for any organization or individual to engage in fishing, electric fish and hemp fish, private rowing, cages, laundry, swimming and other illegal activities that pollute water bodies in the waters of Puzhehei Scenic Area and Wetland Park.
It is 2. prohibited for any organization or individual to set up stalls, occupy roads, solicit customers, set up small scenic spots, set up private parking lots and other illegal activities that disrupt the order of the tourism market in Puzhehei Scenic spot and Wetland Park.
3. who violate the above provisions shall be given corresponding administrative punishment according to relevant laws and regulations; those who hinder the law enforcement of state organs shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to the circumstances.
